Each year, the Stevie Awards honors organizations for their excellence in sales & customer service and Guidebook is honored to be among those recognized this year! For the seventh year in a row, Guidebook earned an award in the Customer Service and Contact Center Achievement category, taking home Silver for “Customer Service Department of the Year - Computer Software - Up to 100 Employees.”  Guidebook also took home a silver award for “Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy” and a bronze award for “Sales Consulting Practice of the Year.” “Stevie Award winners from around the world should be very proud of their achievements.  The judges were impressed with the vast range of nominations submitted for 2020 and have agreed that their accomplishments are worthy of public recognition,” said Stevie Awards executive chairman, Michael Gallagher.
