What support comes with a license?
A real partnership. Every license includes a dedicated account manager alongside our award winning support team, so you're not filing tickets into the void, you have someone who knows your programs.
What does a license include?
One flat annual price covers your team: unlimited guides, unlimited admins to build them, and every feature, from Slate integration to analytics. You're licensing the platform for the year, whether for one department or the whole campus, not paying event by event.
Is there a limit on events, guides, or attendees?
No. Run as many events and build as many guides as you like, with no attendee or download caps. Whether 200 students show up or 20,000, your price doesn't change.
How is this different from paying per event?
Paying per event punishes you for doing more, every open house, orientation, or tour becomes another invoice. A license flips that. Once you're covered for the year, each new event costs nothing extra, so you can build a guide made for each event or program, all living in your one fully branded app. Students download your app once and can access every event and guide inside.
Can we reuse guides year to year?
Yes. Duplicate last year's orientation guide, update the dates and details, and republish in minutes. Nothing starts from scratch, and nothing gets thrown away.
Are integrations and analytics included, or extra?
Included. Native Slate integration, built-in analytics, push notifications, and your own branded app in the iOS and Android app stores all come with the license, not as paid add-ons.
What does "unlimited" actually include?
Everything your team runs. Build as many branded guides as you need, for as many events as you host, all under one license. There's no charge per event, no cap on how many guides you create, and no limits on downloads or attendees, with every feature included.
Who can build guides, and is there an admin limit?
Anyone on your team you choose. The license includes unlimited admins at no extra cost, so different people and programs can build and manage their own guides side by side.
Does a license cover one department or the whole campus?
Either, it's up to you. You can license Guidebook for a single department, multiple departments, or your whole campus. All give you unlimited events and guides for a flat annual price that won't increase as your usage grows.
