Guidebook is building a native integration with Slate, Technolutions' CRM for higher ed admissions and enrollment. If your institution manages recruitment, events, or orientation in Slate, this integration connects that work directly to your Guidebook guides.

Why we're building this

Many of our EDU customers run Slate and Guidebook side by side, but the two systems don't talk to each other today. That creates real friction for event and admissions teams:

• The same event often has to be built twice — once in Slate, once in Guidebook.
• Attendance and check-in data collected in the app doesn't make it back to the student's record.

The goal is to close that gap — reducing duplicate work for your team, and turning app engagement into a signal you can use to understand and support students through the funnel.

What's live now

We've built the foundation: a reliable data bridge between Slate and Guidebook. The first phase pulls select fields from a user's Slate profile — name, major, assigned group, and more — into their Guidebook in-app profile, so students see relevant, personalized information as soon as they open your guide. Lookup works with either SSO or non-SSO login on the Guidebook side — SSO isn't a requirement.

What's coming next

• Event sync — Automatically syncing Slate event data and registrants into a Guidebook guide, so your team isn't managing the same event in two places.
• Personalized schedules — Using registration and session data from Slate to automatically build each user's personalized schedule in the app.
• Data back to Slate — Sending engagement data from Guidebook (downloads, check-ins, schedule activity) back into Slate to enrich the student record and support outreach.
