Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time to match your event needs. Simple reach out to your Account Manager or our Support team to get help with this.
Do you charge per event?
This depends on your needs. We can absolutely do one event, but if you are running multiple events per year, our unlimited package gives you the flexibility and pricing you need without hurting your yearly budget.

Are there setup or implementation fees?
No. There's no implementation phase to charge you for.

Your team builds the app. We're on the calls that help, and onboarding is included in every plan. If a vendor is quoting you an implementation fee, that's a signal about how long you'll be waiting to launch.
How quickly can we launch?
Most teams have their first event live in 2 weeks. Some go faster.
You're not waiting on a consultant or a deployment window. If your event is six weeks out, you're fine.
Can we start with one department and expand later?
Yes, and a lot of institutions do.

Orientation starts it. Admissions sees the app at Welcome Week and asks who built it. When you're ready to add a team, you add a team. You're not re-buying, re-implementing, or re-training from scratch.
