Starting in 2023, UNLV made the bold decision to go completely paperless for their week-long required orientation serving over 5,000 students.

What began as a cost-saving measure to eliminate printing evolved into a comprehensive digital student experience tool. Savannah explains how they've expanded Guidebook usage from Rebel Ready Week to prospective student open houses and summer orientations, creating continuity throughout the student journey. She shares insights on effective use of push notifications, real-time surveys, attendance tracking, and how they use engagement data to measure and improve student retention.
