What’s New In Guidebook Registration
1. Collect Revenue Seamlessly with Stripe
To ensure that you and your attendees have a fluid - and secure - payment processing experience, Guidebook registration now integrates with Stripe.
Organizers simply have to connect their Stripe account from their Guidebook interface and they can start collecting payments.
2. Pricing Flexibility with Unlimited Ticket Types & Groups
With Guidebook Registration, you can create an unlimited number of ticket types and organize them into ticket groups, such as:
- VIP
- Early bird
- Multi-day pass

Together, these features allow you to tailor offers to specific audiences or timeframes, thus helping to drive urgency and boost signups.
In addition, you can choose which tickets are visible on your main (public) registration page and which tickets are available on a dedicated webpage. This allows you to restrict the visibility of certain promotional rates and creates a sense of exclusivity.
For example, you can choose to hide Media & Press tickets from the general public, making them available on a standalone page as shown below. Everyone you share the link with will still see your event details and branding, re-assuring them that they're in the right place.

Lastly, each ticket type can have its own customizable registration form too, giving you complete control over the attendee data you collect.
3. Discount Codes
We know that filling up seats requires a multi-pronged approach. So, as part of this registration upgrade, you now have the ability to create discount codes.
Whether you're offering limited-time discounts or exclusive codes for specific groups, this feature is yet another powerful way to incentivize registration and maximize ticket sales.
