Guidebook's event registration platform currently supports free events with features that simplify event management and enhance the attendee experience.
1. Event Marketing Website
With Guidebook’s free, customizable event website, organizers can provide key event information (like venue details, speaker highlights and more), generate buzz about the event, and give attendees everything they need to say “yes” to attending.
2. Free Event Registration
Seamlessly capture attendee data with a branded registration experience that supports one ticket type (e.g. General Admission) and a customizable registration form. Event organizers can view and export real-time data to inform event planning and manage logistics.
While the current version of registration is ideal for free events, paid ticketing - and other enhanced functionality - is on the way. Keep reading to learn more about this.
3. Mobile App integration
Registrants are automatically imported into the Guidebook event app, which facilitates app adoption and drives attendee engagement.
What’s Coming Soon For Guidebook Registration
Coming June 30th, 2025, the second iteration of Guidebook Registration will support paid eventsand enable revenue generation through ticket sales, while still integrating with your Event Marketing Website and Mobile App.
Here’s an overview of the key features that will be included in the second iteration:
1. Paid Ticketing
Organizers will be able to nurture multiple audiences with multiple ticket options at various price points. Each ticket type will still have a customizable registration form, giving you full control over the data you collect. And just like with free registration, event organizers will be able to view and export real-time data to design impactful event experiences.
2. Ticket Groups
With ticket groups, organizers will be able to strategically drive urgency and boost signups by offering Early Bird pricing, VIP pricing, and other promotional rates. This makes it easy to tailor offers to specific audiences or timeframes, while filling more seats.
3. Discount Codes
Organizers can go a step further by offering promo codes to incentivize registration. Whether it’s a limited time discount or a code for a specific group, this gives event planners another way to drive conversions.
