What’s Coming Soon For Guidebook Registration
Coming June 30th, 2025, the second iteration of Guidebook Registration will support paid eventsand enable revenue generation through ticket sales, while still integrating with your Event Marketing Website and Mobile App.
Here’s an overview of the key features that will be included in the second iteration:
1. Paid Ticketing
Organizers will be able to nurture multiple audiences with multiple ticket options at various price points. Each ticket type will still have a customizable registration form, giving you full control over the data you collect. And just like with free registration, event organizers will be able to view and export real-time data to design impactful event experiences.
2. Ticket Groups
With ticket groups, organizers will be able to strategically drive urgency and boost signups by offering Early Bird pricing, VIP pricing, and other promotional rates. This makes it easy to tailor offers to specific audiences or timeframes, while filling more seats.
3. Discount Codes
Organizers can go a step further by offering promo codes to incentivize registration. Whether it’s a limited time discount or a code for a specific group, this gives event planners another way to drive conversions.
