At Guidebook, we believe great technology means nothing without great support behind it.

That’s why we’re thrilled to share that our Customer Success team has once again been recognized as a Silver winner in the 19th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service (within the subcategory Computer Software — Up to 100 Employees)

This marks our seventh winin the Sales & Customer Service category and our 17th Stevie® Award across multiple categories.

Sometimes described as “the Oscars of the business world,” the Stevie Awards are one of the most respected honors in business, spotlighting excellence across various industries around the world. 

For 2025, there were 2,100 nominations from organizations in 45 nations. With that much competition, earning a Stevie® is no small feat.

We’re proud to have earned this recognition year after year and it’s an honor to join the list of prestigious winners like AT&T, DHL Express, SAP, and many others.
