Our brand new event check-in and attendance tracking tools are available now!  Guidebook has offered Session Attendance Verification for years, allowing event organizers to control session capacity and give participants credit for attending specific sessions. 

Now, we’re excited to offer Guide Attendance Verification, which allows organizers to track overall event attendance. Additionally, we’re now offering End-User Self-Scanning so attendees can check themselves in.  We're thrilled to bring you these highly requested tools, designed to:

What is Attendance Verification?

1. Self-check-in With QR Codes

Now event organizers can generate QR codes and allow attendees to check themselves for a session or the whole event - simply by scanning the code. This highly requested feature reduces the need for staff at entry points, while ensuring accurate attendance tracking. Plus, all the self-check-in data can be easily exported for reporting and analysis.

With our updated solution, designated staff can scan attendee badges for check-in to specific schedule sessions and/or for the overall event. This means you can use the same mobile app for event check-in and attendance tracking as you do for the schedule, notifications, and networking.  How this helps you:
