I have multiple events, do you offer bulk pricing?
We do, and many of our customers benefit from them. You can speak with one of our product experts to understand more, book time today!
How do I pay for the service?
You can pay via invoice (bank transfer), credit card, or PO. For all card payments we use Stripe. Any queries can be directed to billing@guidebook.com.
How long does it take to publish an app?
If you are using the Guidebook App, or a Branded Space inside the Guidebook App, initial publication is typically approved within 1 business day. All subsequent updates to your content can be published instantly, and typically take 20-30 seconds to go through. For your own Branded App, you will need Apple and Google to approve your apps before being live on their app stores - this process from start to finish typically takes between 10-21 days.
Are there any other additional fees for products or services?
For all new branded apps there is a small implementation fee to cover the process of getting your app into the Google and Apple App Stores. For all new customers, we strongly advise an Onboarding Workshop to help get you acquainted with our system and ensure you build an app primed to achieve your goals. A small percentage of our customers choose to pay for one of our Customer Success team members to build their app for them. What is a Branded App?
A Branded App is a custom white-labeled app submitted to the App Store and the Google Play Store. This gives you full control over the look of your app, and the end-to-end user journey.
What limits are there on your products?
It depends on what you purchase. Engage Small guides have access to all features, but are limited to 200 downloads. There are NO limits on the amount of content you can upload, how many admins or editors can help you build it, and how many updates you can make.
